Delivery Costs and Time

Orders are prepared after product availability is confirmed. Prepaid orders are processed after the funds arrive or the payment provider confirms payment. Estimated delivery within Poland is 1–2 business days after dispatch; timing depends on product availability and the carrier. For delivery timing, contact kontakt@dobryfiltr.pl.

Delivery Methods and Charges

• Poland — InPost parcel locker or courier: PLN 15.00 per parcel when the total weight of the entire order is up to and including 10 kg; above 10 kg: PLN 20.00 for each parcel.
• Other European Union countries, including Germany and France: EUR 13.00 for each parcel.
• Personal pickup in Poland, after confirmation: PLN 0.00.

The parcel count is calculated from the total weight of the selected products and their quantities: one parcel for each started 30 kg. A positive weight up to 30 kg requires one parcel; above 30 kg and up to 60 kg requires two. The 10 kg threshold sets the rate for every parcel in the entire order delivered within Poland. The cart calculates the full delivery charge before you place the order.

Payments

• Orders delivered within Poland are settled in PLN. Depending on current availability in the cart, you can choose bank transfer, paynow or PayPal.
• Cash on delivery is available only for courier or InPost parcel locker delivery within Poland. The surcharge is PLN 5.00 for the entire order, regardless of the number of parcels. Cash on delivery is not available for personal pickup.
• For personal pickup in Poland, payment on collection is available without a surcharge if offered in the cart. Payment on collection applies only to personal pickup.
• Orders delivered to other European Union countries are settled in EUR; bank transfer in EUR and PayPal may be available. paynow, cash on delivery and payment on collection are not available for these deliveries.
• The cart shows only the methods currently available for the selected delivery country and method. The website language does not determine the order currency. Use the bank details provided in your order summary.

Business and Larger Orders

The same parcel-count and delivery-charge rules apply to business and larger orders. The listed rates include VAT; any VAT-exempt treatment following verification of company details is shown in the cart before ordering. Please contact us about availability or lead times for larger orders.
