Terms and Conditions

These terms define the general rules for using the DobryFiltr online store and placing orders for filters, replacement filter sets and related accessories.

Orders

Orders may be placed through the online cart. The customer is responsible for providing correct contact, billing and delivery data. After submitting an order, DobryFiltr sends an order confirmation to the store e-mail and, where technically available, to the customer.

Prices and Payments

1. Prices are displayed in the currency shown with the product or in the cart. Settlement depends on the delivery country: PLN for Poland and EUR for other supported European Union countries. The website language does not determine the currency. Prices include VAT unless the cart shows VAT-exempt treatment after company details have been verified.
2. Delivery charges and any cash-on-delivery surcharge are shown before you place an order. InPost parcel lockers, courier delivery and personal pickup are available in Poland; courier delivery is available in other supported European Union countries. The delivery charge depends on the total order weight and the number of parcels, as described in the delivery information.
3. Orders delivered within Poland are settled in PLN. Depending on current availability in the cart, you can choose bank transfer, paynow or PayPal.
4. Cash on delivery is available only for courier or InPost parcel locker delivery within Poland. The surcharge is PLN 5.00 for the entire order, regardless of the number of parcels. Cash on delivery is not available for personal pickup.
5. For personal pickup in Poland, payment on collection is available without a surcharge if offered in the cart. Payment on collection applies only to personal pickup.
6. Orders delivered to other European Union countries are settled in EUR; bank transfer in EUR and PayPal may be available. paynow, cash on delivery and payment on collection are not available for these deliveries.
7. The cart shows only the methods currently available for the selected delivery country and method. The website language does not determine the order currency. Use the bank details provided in your order summary.
8. Prepaid orders are processed after the funds arrive or the payment provider confirms payment.

Products

Product descriptions, compatibility information and dimensions are provided to help select the correct filter. Before purchase, the customer should compare the device model, filter shape and dimensions with the filter currently used in the device.

Delivery

Complaints and Returns

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, subject to applicable law. Complaints should be sent to kontakt@dobryfiltr.pl with the order number and a description of the issue.
